Food Show

More than 50 Hospitality Management students volunteered their time at the Fabulous Food Show during the weekend of November 14 at the I-X Center in Cleveland. The students helped operate The Bistro by cooking and serving meals to patrons. Show headliners included Food Network chefs Paula and Bobby Deen, Curtis Stone, Guy Fieri and local Cleveland chef and restaurant owner Michael Symon.

EFSS faculty

Mary Beth Rollick was presented with the 2008 KSU Outstanding Teaching Award from the University Teaching Council. Rollick, a 2007 Ph.D. graduate from the College of EHHS, was nominated by a committee of students and previous award finalists. Rollick is a faculty member in the Mathematics Department and teaches Basic Math Concepts to teacher education students.
