Helps faculty obtain copyright clearance for materials used in course packets, course reserves, distributed learning courses and multimedia productions.

Copyright Crash Course for Faculty
If you know you need to learn more about copyright, the Crash Course is very helpful for understanding Fair Use, the TEACH Act, and other copyright issues.This site was developed by the University of Texas and is made available for use under a Creative Commons License
The TEACH Act expands educators' rights to perform and display works through distance learning, closer to the rights we have in fact-to-face teaching.
